    The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a pool that was average but the kids did not care.

    Arrived at Heathrow 3 1/2 hours before takeoff ,to be told that the flight is overbooked and they could not allocate seats for us! Boarding passes were issued and we collected our allocated seating at the boarding gate.
