    ... I head back to the hotel to relax and wait for Jim.

    He actually did not take as long as i figured and within an hour he is pulling in and we are making plans for a place to get some grub and .... yes !! a beer!

    There is a place called the Pumphouse just up the road a bit and it looks like a good spot. There is also a pre-season NFL game on in Denver tonight as the Bronco's play the Cardinals .. so should be a good ...

    Scott and I spent most of the day in Denver. It was HOT - in the mid 90s - so we didn't do the whole walk we had intended - the Capitol walk. We scoped out the part around the Capitol and hid out in the air conditioned history museum and the Capitol itself.

    ... I certainly trained more than my fair share and had the sh&$ scared out of me by a few. As I have said before, it was more than worth the less than minimum wage extra they paid me for the experience! I know that I am leaving a somewhat lasting legacy with those I trained more recently and am proud of how they have turned out.
