    ... I head back to the hotel to relax and wait for Jim.

    He actually did not take as long as i figured and within an hour he is pulling in and we are making plans for a place to get some grub and .... yes !! a beer!

    There is a place called the Pumphouse just up the road a bit and it looks like a good spot. There is also a pre-season NFL game on in Denver tonight as the Bronco's play the Cardinals .. so should be a good ...

    ... Bleu ~ A boneless breast of chicken filled with ham and creamy Swiss cheese. Topped with white wine sauce and served with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables.

    Potato Crusted Cod ~ A potato, chive and cheese crusted cod baked to perfection topped with a chipotle aioli. Served with Spanish rice, pico de gallo and vegetables. A delight for the fish

    ... I certainly trained more than my fair share and had the sh&$ scared out of me by a few. As I have said before, it was more than worth the less than minimum wage extra they paid me for the experience!
