... just pieces of alligator, spiced and fried in batter. It turned out to be the best part of the meal because it was like the dark meat of a chicken, with the texture of shrimp. For a main course, I had the soft-shell crab Po Boy, but I think the crabs were out of season. The crabs in my sandwich were really tiny, and I ended up stuffing the gator bites in. Saturday morning, we ate some crepes for breakfast at the B&B, then walked toward the college to get the express bus to Dublin airport.
