    ... but when water is released at the wrong time it can flood nests destroying eggs! The park was created on 1947 to save the Glades but it's still fighting to survive because it has to compete with growing cities for ever precious water!! Another surprise were the many canoe routes including a 7 day 99 mile route near the west coast of Florida.

    ... tense going down our legs were sore afterwards. Anyway that was an experience we did- don't need to do it again!

    We then headed to Century 21 shopping outlet and spent 3 and half hours with 3 kids looking around and purchasing a few things- call us crazy! We even bought an extra Samsonite suitcase for $80!
