A travel blog entry by patdowers on Nov 05, 2014

Arrived sydney airport 8.37am 3 minutes early. Made it through customs no problems. Came out could not find callum, rang him he was at the wrong gate, he was happy to see me and I was to see him. Said goodbye to robyn and thanked her for a great holiday. In the car callum starts to tell me of the fight he had with Kaylah, nothing has change still in the middle of the two of them cursing and fight at each other. Welcome ...

... Not exactly a legal park but at this hour, I'm sure no one would care. I walk to the monument, at first I struggled to find the entrance, but I then found they had a back gate open. No one was there except for those setting up. The twang of the Australian Accent could be heard from organises. I just stood off to the side and waited patiently.
People started to trickle in slowly. Some wore medals, one was in an Australian Army uniform. Maybe two dozen people ...

Before leaving the Copa Club, I checked the status of our connecting flights to MEM, IAD, and DCA and was disappointed to see they all went from having seats available earlier this morning when I last checked at the hotel to all being sold out or oversold. WTF? I checked the Weather Channel’s website to see if bad weather is to blame. Yep, appears so. There’s an alert about severe thunderstorms today stretching from Texas ...
