We made it to Canton, Mississippii on Friday. Canton is a small town of about 30,000 but has one of the 2, Nissan plants in the USA. The plant is huge, it is one mile long and you can get tours during the week. It was a place we would have liked to see:((

... apart from some nice architecture and a few green spaces within the city. Nonetheless, we explored the city for a few hours before retiring to our hotel which had a swimming pool and cable TV!!
A bit broken from New Orleans we spent the late afternoon in the pool, warmed up a couple of microwave meals and watched some dodgy American films.... just what the doctor ordered!!
The next day we left Jackson for Clarksdale, home of the Delta Blues!

We headed to MR OBarmas house and a little selfie outside I did send him a heads up we was calling by but apparently he didn't receive it ??and i was just another tourist taking a picture of his house! Shame he's really missed out on meeting me! A little squirrel ran upto us and ed put his hand out he gave it a a little sniff sniff i quickly rammed my hands in eds bag to get him some food the rattle of the bag he new what was coming ...
I slept in a little. But today I needed to get my car to Jackson Airport to renew the rental contract. I packed and left Vicksburg. I had no real plan as to where I'd end up tonight cause there was still so much I needed to see, so I was playing it by ear. The drive to Jackson was pretty straight forward.
