The plan for today was to get close to nature, and we were largely successful. We started the day at the Alligator River Wildlife Preserve where we took a 3 hour guided canoe trip down the river and through the canals. I started chatting with him & I asked what drink he suggested, but before I could order one, a long haired fellow to our left offered to buy a shot for all of us. Our next stop was Coaster’s which had a wonderful selection of beer & Beau & I decided on some seasonal brews. There was a bit more to our night, but I’m tired ...

... be pretty helpful. Elizabeth City has been a nice stop, and it was definitely fun to meet some people finally after being at so many deserted marinas up north.

I'll be heading off in the morning for Thanksgiving with the family, so I imagine you'll finally be hearing from Connor a bit more. But just in case that's not enough, as the weather was so favorable this morning, as per your requests, we had a little photo shoot. Eat your hearts out guys.
