Yesterday, we played golf in the afternoon after a morning at the beach and pool. Then we had our anniversary surprise, a chef came to the house and made dinner, the best part being the chocolate cake. Today, mom and I went to store while everyone was at the pool and beach. ... poor effort to tie it...

When we got out of the water we laid in the sun and then played some bocci ball. That was a good time :) We weren't there too long though. We left to bring Joel's stuff back to his house and hung out with his family for a little while talking about the cruise and how much fun we all had. Everyone told embarrassing stories about my dancing, Joe's sexy man competition and Dipan's salsa skills! We were all wishing we could go back...

... it was time to go SHOPPING. Headed to Belk's and bought some awesome looking things and then headed to explore Duck.

Duck is a cute little area. There are a lot of little gift shops and they are all mostly located on the sound side of the road and surround the town board walk. It is a very nicely built board walk that goes along the sound. There are benches and birds and we even got to see a fox. There were also ducks and osprey.

I started chatting with him & I asked what drink he suggested, but before I could order one, a long haired fellow to our left offered to buy a shot for all of us. Our next stop was Coaster’s which had a wonderful selection of beer & Beau & I decided on some seasonal brews. There was a bit more to our night, but I’m tired ...

... be pretty helpful. Elizabeth City has been a nice stop, and it was definitely fun to meet some people finally after being at so many deserted marinas up north.

I'll be heading off in the morning for Thanksgiving with the family, so I imagine you'll finally be hearing from Connor a bit more. But just in case that's not enough, as the weather was so favorable this morning, as per your requests, we had a little photo shoot. Eat your hearts out guys.
