... at Zengo, an Asian/Mexican restaurant just a block away. Dinner was lovely. We ordered small plates of tacos, empanadas, and dumplings followed by a decadent dessert of churros with raspberry coulis, chocolate and chantilly dipping sauces. How lucky I feel to have met and married Allen. I couldn't be more in love or happier.

My book group met at Le Central for lunch on Jan 30. It was a bitterly cold day with a high ...

We woke up and went upstairs to have some really nice pancakes for breakfast. Then Dad, Chris and I went to Jax and then the lab. Jax was a outdoors store which sold fishing gear and bait which is what we needed to get. Near the car park there was a field where there were heaps of really cute prairie dogs digging holes on the ground and wagging their little tails. Then we went to the university where Chris worked at to feed some of his ...

... that evening and it was really good. The main act of the night was a guy called Bret Earnst, he was been on comedy central (TV channel) and done quite a few TV shows – he was great actually, really enjoyed it.

After the show we headed out into Denver town, I experienced a pickle shot (a Pat favorite), and another country bar – I’m really getting into them, and may have brought some country boots…
