So it begins. I have made my trip to South America official. Right away I am overwhelmed with a sea of all sorts of different emotions. I choke up and cry. I've been thinking about this trip for over a year, and up until right now it did not seem possible. Not because I couldn't afford it or because I didn't have plans to travel with a partner, but simply put, I hadn't ...

... snowcapped mountains are just sticking out from the clouds. Flying west well north of Seattle then south to Tokyo. A very smooth flight, we hardly encounter any turbulence. The food is surprisingly delicious for airplane food, I had some of the best beef short ribs I've ever had! We had a couple of drinks, a dance and a few vodka luges! By 1 though we were ready to leave as ...

... 6 each side, peddle along the street whilst having a drink. These are usually booked by groups and cost quite a bit to hire. There were a few seats free and the group asked us to join them. It was great! We went around the block which turned out o be the end of the ride. I was exhausted.....they gave me a red bull, lol. Got home about 2am. Not Well, not too well this morning. Had a big night out on the town last ...

          The Sixth Day (Denver)

A travel blog entry by isabellerose13 on Dec 24, 2013

We woke up and went upstairs to have some really nice pancakes for breakfast. Then Dad, Chris and I went to Jax and then the lab. Jax was a outdoors store which sold fishing gear and bait which is what we needed to get. Near the car park there was a field where there were heaps of really cute prairie dogs digging holes on the ground and wagging their little tails. Then we went to the university where Chris worked at to feed some of his ...
