    ... yet they had 6 rangers on site offering free personal tours of the modest eight bed accommodation and were planning a $30k renovation of the icehouse - a tiny rotting log shed with a sod roof. The national parks must still have some cash! They did have an extremely cool buffalo coat to try on, the original rancher guys one. It was massive and steaming hot, perfect for the winters up here.

    ... number passed me. We moved like that all the way into CO and only had to slow down as we passed by the larger towns like Grand Junction. We stopped for fuel at Glenwood Springs. From there as we climbed again, the autumn colors got even better.
