... treated us chicken enchiladas with homemade red sauce & Elisa made her mom's delicious chicken salad--to help tone down the "heat" from the red sauce!!! Sat. night, Diego came over & prepared tantalizing roast pork sandwiches & potato salad! Everything--EXCELLENT at the Cocina de Holguin!!! Well, it's a 107 degree goodnight from Weatherford, TX! I guess the "free" shuttle ride and "complimentary" courtesy car were being paid for somehow after all. That's over $2.50/gallon more than the average fuel price we'd paid so far, and almost $1/gallon more than fuel in the Bahamas. Oh well, the courtesy car and shuttle ride were a convenience that made the trip ...

... me to our spot. Harley had jumped out of the coach by now and the man, being quite the dog lover, asked if I had a leash so he could walk Harley to the spot while I moved the coach. He cemented the friendship with a large dog biscuit.

We pulled in and noticed that the grass next to the coach was quite muddy. This place got 2" of rain in about 30 minutes two days ago so it was no wonder. The man agreed that this might not be the best space and moved us over ...
