    We picked up the van later in the day and bought her home to Fort Worth. We had planned on 2 weeks to find and buy a motorhome. We thought it would take time to find a suitable one not to pay for her.

    ... clouds overhead. I checked the AWOS and, sure enough, it agreed. The field was now VFR and we loaded up for the trip out. We climbed out from RWY 16, turned right to the north, skirted the Navy airspace to the west, and navigated around very few wispy clouds at 1200-1500 feet AGL.     ... good. What's the catch? :/ So, rather than making the 18 minute flight, we made the 45 minute drive out to Millsap in a non-stop downpour.
