Jim has never seen it so once we finish our drive through the bustling town of Winnipeg Beach we head to Komarno for a quick peek. It is only 16 kilometers down the road.

All the extra stopping means that our arrival home is going to ...

... into Winnipeg but will only be stopping here for about 30 minutes or so and that any passengers at the rear of the train wanting to leave the train will have to walk forward as the tail end of the train will not be on the platform!!

I quickly raced back to my tiny compartment and grabbed my camera bag then once again made my way along this very long train towards the front.

With the train stopped and doors opened I made my way along ...

... at Hooters, and watched the Vancouver Canucks narrowly beat out Tampa Bay. Walking back to our hotel, we were on the hunt for a pizzeria. We would have settled for a Boston Pizza but a local Italian bistro would have been perfect. All we found was a Little Ceasars (pass). After a 40 minute walk, we gave up and settled for convenience store fare. Sunday morning: We had a great sleep. This is a marvelous hotel! The free lobby breakfast was very ...
