          ... we were inching closer to Parker, when our friends called us to see if we are lost! Then, right before us was a sign to go see Buffalo Bill's gravesite. Can you guess what detour we took? At least we were able to combine a potty break in with checking out the gravesite. And Buffalo Bill's gravesite wasn't up a steep hill; but it did overlook the city and provided a breathtaking view.

          And so it is what it is. We made our long car ride home to Colorado (stopping briefly in our 7th state of this trip - Wyoming). Along the way, we encountered severe thunderstorms, dark skies, and hail which took us off the road. We also encountered kitschy roadside attractions in the bight summer heat where we posed the girls and laughed at our own silliness. ...
