... at the car we decided to move on to another walk, but when we got there it was closed. We then went somewhere else on the reserve where there was no available parking. We then drove around a bit and I happened to see a few bison through the fence line, so we stopped to look at them. There were a few baby bison that basically looked like calves, and one big guy walked right up to the fence line to stare at us. Whenever we moved the bison's eyes ...

... for dinner and ate at the Cattlemen's Fort Worth Steak House. This was the type of steak house we were looking for back in College Station. We flew home to Burleson, because we had a ghost tour booked at Old Burleson, the tourist/dining precinct of the Town. The ladies at the ghost tour took us around several of the older buldings, telling us tales of gruesome deaths and depression era outlaws.

From there it was to home, to dream of vengeful spirits? Possibly, I can never remember my dreams.

The day started earlier than normal, for me anyway. I had set the alarm for 7am, but Bob woke me up about 6:30. He was having another bleeding episode and it was scaring him. After a few minutes, he wanted to go to the hospital. Doni was In the rally hall helping prepare breakfast so I asked her about a ride to the hospital. She asked Larry to take us. So off we went and they promptly put Bob in the ER. ...
