Nice hotel well suited to our little road trip. Ist floor has traditional open balconies which I quite like. Nice pool & breakfast too.

Our trip is just a few days away.....nearly a year ago, Terry and I began to plan this trip with our spouses! Yes, you heard it right, we have asked them to join us on this excursion. There was a diesel fume cloud hovering over our RV all night -- the only good thing that might have come as a result is that it seemed to get rid of some of the stink bugs that have been living and multiplying in our air conditioner unit. Yes, we still have ...

While being in the army we have tried to travel to things close by Fort Hood. We found this little slice of heaven one day while driving around. Marble Falls, TX. is beautiful. It's close by the water and has the best diner that I think I have ever really tried. My favorite is their Pecan Pie. I have never had any better pecan pie then ...
