... a bit of a frustrating visit. "These 4 posts with intricate carvings were discovered in the corner of one of the ships. What were they for? No one knows, what do you think?" was a bit of a theme. We got back to Helle's and packed in preparation for tomorrow. I have been roped into giving Jess a lift to the airport on my way to Copenhagen, which is fine but she needs to be at the airport before 5am, and it's over an hour away! When there we thought, hmmm.... Maybe we can go see an opera! We went up to the ticket counter and asked if there were any tickets left for that night... There were! Then we remembered that we better ask what it is? (Don Giovanni)... Great! Oh ya, and how long is it? ...

... no one likes sitting in the middle of the plane ... weird

Flying into Oslo all you can see is snow! White mounds everywhere ! I took the airport express train into the city and paid through the roof for a 4 min cab ride. As you walk out onto the station at the airport the snow is right beside you. In fact as the train pulls out, aside from the tracks all you can see is now. I'm sure by the time I leave I won’t be as impressed with it, but it was so exciting!! ...
