    ... great, the cinema less so - think 1970s flea pits rather than 21st century multiplexes. The cinema is in the old Mill District. Minneapolis made its money on sawmilling and then flourmilling, using the water power provided by the Mississippi. It is a bit weird that a city's tourist sights are based on mills, dams and water wheels but kind of interesting too.     ... systems (yikes btw), I am realizing that this is real. Tomorrow night I will not be in my comfortable bed with a warm cat on my feet, but rather on a plane to Tokyo.
