So I've covered the north island and after a 4 hour ferry trip playing cards, and listening to a very strange Asian lady hum/squeal somewhere over the rainbow, our bus rolled onto the South Island. - We experienced 3 time zones. Central, Mountain, and Pacific. We weren't in Pacific for too long. We were mostly in Mountain time.

Some of them were very polished - I thought the best was the one that used the Mary Poppins music complete with Sweeps, chimneys, umbrellas ...

After breakfast, (Grace and Carroll stayed at the hotel too),we had a tour of downtown St Paul - this is one side of the river, and Minneapolis is the other side, they are locally called the twin cities. Looked at the University and city buildings, then stopped at the Capitol -Where the senate, the house of representatives and supreme court are. Very ornate inside with marble columns and stair cases. There are the old flags from the local regiments ...

... will go. I've line the shelves with that rubber no slip liners and now I have to put stuff where we think it will belong. I imagine we will redo this several times until it feels right.

The business is on some acreage with a house and small office in front of the property. Lots of trailers in the back of the property and lots of open space to take the dogs to run and stretch their legs. There is ...
