          Happy Friday! I don't think I have ever been happier that it is Friday. I truly needed it to be the weekend. This week has been one of the most beautifully insane weeks thus far. It all started on Tuesday when and our thank you party for the upperclassmen who helped making the first two weeks of medical school fun and exhausting and for holding our hand throughout this first semester.           ... all the different steps I was having fun going through the steps as well and thinking through what I would be looking for, treatment, expected response, etc. It was fun to compare what I would do compared to what they did. The best part was that not only was it fun, but I learned a lot and got paid for doing it! Next time the opportunity comes around again to participate I am definitely going to try and be a part of it ...

Instead, we get a three-page list with about two dozen books listed and the teachers just say "Here are some suggestions. Get a couple, don't get a couple, it makes no difference to me.           We left Germany, and took a ferry across to Trelleborg, Sweden. We stayed overnight close to this town, and set off the next day for a fairly long drive to Vadstena in the lake region in the middle of southern Sweden.
