      ... was the fact that they seemed to never hit anyone in the process of winding their way through streets...at high rates of speed!

      Getting our prepaid car, a little 5 speed Fiat, was a breeze. Standing in line with a younger fellow from Australia, we discussed the upcoming challenge of navigating Rome roads.
