The staff at the front desk were clearly challenged by the arrival of 18 guest with bicycles early in the morning so we set to work assembling our bikes in the parking lot. The weather looked cool and wet as we were landing but it was dry despite being a bit overcast. Assembly went well but there was a bit of damage to Gilles' bike--the tip of his front brake lever had snapped off. ...
We all arrived in Dorval about the same time and went through the normal drill except that the bikes have to go through oversize baggage. Here are a couple of pictures of us hanging around the oversize luggage area. The flight left around 6pm and arrived in Bordeaux at 6:30 am French time.
