... I was a kid. I don't particularly remember, but my brother says we did. I know we used to go to the Connecticut Trolley Museum. Now here's an OLD MEMORY - the wallpaper in my room when I was little had TRAINS on it. I'm sure of that!!

... enjoyed a great day together.

My boat crew was made up of a Vietnam era Marine (yellow PFD), two Army Reserve CGOs (two in the middle) and a Airman (back left behind bucket) who worked in Iraq as a Combat Controller before leaving the service. His wife (far left front) was also with us.

We also stumbled across one of many ...

Greetings from the Endless Mountains! We've been in Tunkhannock, PA for the past few weeks and are in LOVE with this quaint mountain town that the Susquehanna River runs through. We're here to celebrate the Memorial Day weekend with friends and also James will be participating in the first annual MAN GAMES. What are the MAN GAMES you ask? Well, our gracious host, Frank, wanted to create a weekend of competitive male bonding with ax throwing, archery, skeet shooting and the like ...

From Green Mountain Coffee to Starbucks

April 5, 2015 - Sadly we departed the Green Mountain Suites of Burlington, Vermont with their wonderful Green Mountain coffee knowing that our discovery of the New England states had now come to an end. New England had been everything we had hope for - an incredible natural environment of mountains, forest and water. Like everywhere we have been on this road trip, just not enough time to see it all.
