We stayed at a campground an hour’s drive away and high-tailed it out of there next day in the wake of the forecast for eleven inches of snow. ... dozens of four-foot tall sculptures were scattered around town. Because the sculptures are not confined to downtown, it is possible to run into one just about anywhere! We even spotted a Joe Cool from the bus in a squarely residential area.
