    A delayed start, but, with us, that is to be expected. Lulu and Mark were still working through Sunday and Monday, so what were we thinking?     After another shopping trip and a stop off for some sandwiches we left the cities behind and stayed the night at a campground next to the mojave desert. On the way there we drove through Joshua Tree National Park which has highly unusual trees. The terrain was so different to what I was used to, very cool.
