A delayed start, but, with us, that is to be expected. Lulu and Mark were still working through Sunday and Monday, so what were we thinking? During today's ride, Lulu was still working on her laptop in the car, while texts were coming in on her iPhone. (It's work-provided so no surprise there.)

- Last night I didn't get much sleep at all. The car was uncomforable.
- Got up around 7am and had some granola bars and apple juice.
- Have to gas up this morning and get fresh ice for the ice chest.

We hiked all day, got to tehachapi willow springs road and met up with Coppertone for a third time! After a root beer float we started a worthless effort to hitch onto Mojave opposed to Tehachapi.
