... had something for all nationalities; bacon, eggs, pancakes, ham, cheese, fruit, toast and sweet pastries. We really like the Hotel Stendhal Mecure. ... and a museum which sadly was only partially open due to lack of staff to supervise the galleries. A highlight was the Teatro Farnese, a totally wooden theatre which was virtually destroyed in the bombing in 1944. It has been largely restored to its original condition. An amazing structure. I also enjoyed the Ferrari puppet museum. The Ferrari family has been making puppets and presenting puppet shows since the mid ...

... Only 9 tables about 30 people but not full. We started with. 2005 glass of champagne, accompanied by a small bite of Paremsan waffle. A small sampling of a gazpacho (a little sweet for my taste and the least impressive part of the meal) came next. First course was a specialty of the region -anolini I (little pastas stuffed with meat and served in a chicken/beef broth). Clearly hand made, tender and absolutely delicious. Next Brian had beef in gravy with polenta which ...
