    ... Anyway, I got back to the campsite and tugged at the bed as hard as a could but it would not budge. So, to get some air I opened the window... And broke the clip so the window wouldn't close. That was that! I clearly was making matters worse, so decided to leave it all and just take some time to chill out.     ... been levied on SUPers who stay on the lake after dark! With that we all stormed off and paddled hard to get back to the windsurf beach before sunset. We made it easily even though this part of the paddle was directly into the 10-20 knot breeze and fairly strenuous. When I looked back at Erika, she was still smiling. I guess the last 6 weeks of kiteboarding on Bonaire really had been great for our cardio health as we knocked out this paddle session with no problem.

    ... that camp site was full, due to a bike race meeting in Assen, so we were meeting at Brugge instead. We decided to go into Delft en route. It's a lovely, typically dutch town, loads of waterways, bikes & flowers. There was an antiques market on (every Saturday from March

    ... part, and I joined them on their last day for a 10k walk. Very 'gezellig' and great to spend some time with Dutch kids. Regina is the daughter of John's cousin Erwin, and his wife Mirjam, who we stayed with.
