          ... Thanks for following along, it's been fun and gratifying to know friends and family have been on the trip with us.

          Many have commented it was "the trip of a lifetime". Well, yes... but we hope not, more one of our trips during our lifetime. We're already thinking about where to go next.

          ... as they were preparing for a historic boat rally this weekend. We found probably the last space available and woke the following morning to find 9 rally boats - 3 deep- behind us where there had been one narrowboat the day before.

          We stayed for 2 nights at Long Itchington as the weather was so bad. Torrential rain, thunderstorms and hail. I thought my garden would have been flattened by the power and amount of water that had fallen. But ...
