... is like a beef stew. It was so good. I had a BBQ beef brisket sandwich which was also delish. The meat and sauce was perfect. Elizabeth had a yummy Caesar salad and the boys had the Louisville Hotbrown. It was sliced turkey on toasted bread, topped with bacon, tomatoes and parm. Yummy cheesy delish. Today the mission team leaving for Nicaragua on Saturday met to pack 14 crates - 50 lbs each to take with us. There were a variety of items included in the crates from school supplies, clothing and medical scrubs to Bibles, soccer balls, teddy bears, pillow case dresses, fudge, home sown shorts and beanie babies.

We arrived at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky last Sunday and camped at the Kentucky Horse Park Campground. Was a very nice campground with many amenities and we had a large shade tree on our site. That afternoon Elena and I visited the Kentucky Race Horse Retirement Center.
