    ... some reason (poor Europeans don't know what a good beach looks like). After soaking some sun for as long as we could tolerate the spot we grabbed some paella and were kept entertained by the parade of sunburnt tourists shambling back down the boardwalk.     ... don't feel like it today but hey that's when you improve the most. When I got down to the gym anna , my trainer said she was leaving :( Im Gutted she has been amazing support and has really got me results in the 5 weeks I have worked with her. I will miss her. But I do feel much more healthy and fit and I'm ready to motivate myself to train. I was so tired on the way home I took the metro the wrong way and ended up at the end of the line as I was distracted reading my emails!!! ...
