... was amazing and we had great company - a lovely young couple from England, a lovely older couple from Australia, and a group from Australia - 3 of which had just competed in the World Dragon Boat competition and been beaten soundly by 4 amazing Canadian teams (they forgave us our countrymen). All in all we left drunk, full and deliriously happy. I had a hangover by 6:00 and was napping by 6:30. What a night.

This trip will always be a lasting memory because of the time spent with my family in the beautiful views of the Amalfi Coast, the eternal city of Rome that you truly need a lifetime to experience the entirety of the city, and romantic Florence. And even if my memory fails me one day, I will have all the pictures and this blog to help me relive the adventure!
