We have stayed at this Resort on several occasions now and we have always been pleased with the service and cheerful personalities of the reception staff. Unfortunately on this occasion the Swim Pool was not available for a number of days but the Company did arrange for us to use the WaterMark Hotel Pool just across the road. We had a one bedroom unit and have found this Unit extremely large and it exceeded my expectations prior to going there. As usual all the facilities were there and usable with the exception of the pool.

Ben and the boys quickly got involved in some 'bravery skittles' (a human skittles game in which you are only out if you flinch; it doesn't matter whether or not the ball hits you), which was followed by a people stacking competition. A stack three high was quickly done but four proved elusive and attempts usually ended with the entire stack toppling into the water. Before everybody dispersed and went back to their various ...
... There was no one waiting anyway!!! We were attended to immediately.
The lady behind the counter looked rather scary and surly. We gave her our best smiles and explained our business. She turned out to be the loveliest lady and were soon on first name basis' with her.
This is what happened...
