First we started with buckwheat tea, then miso soup which is the best we have ever tasted with silken light tofu, then the Oyaki followed by hand made fresh sobu noodles which you eat cold.     After breakfast and photos Mr Yumoto drove us to the train. We went to Nagano then ran to catch an earlier train to Matsumoto, this caused much confusion at the gate but we made it .
