... started this day and most of the locals were picking olives from the 300-400 year old olive trees. The next day we decided to keep the car for another day since the cost of the rental car was only 25 Euro per day and go relax at one of the beaches in the southwest section of the island. ... but with the wind stronger than the day before and the sky looking rather bleak we were not too fussed. The fact that we had seen little of the island didn't overly play on our minds as we had used the time to relax and plan the next month of our trip in addition I think that we were a bit depleted when it came to caring about ruins, churches and temples.
So it was off to the port where the real Greek adventure began.

... a yacht had sunk. It offered an opportunity for those who wanted to do some snorkelling. Because of my bad knees I chose to sun bake instead and spent a few hours laying at the front of the yacht like you see the rich kids doing on the TV shows. They never found the yacht under water but it was a glorious day for a swim and the sea was very calm.

We sailed towards SÚrifos where we docked that night.

... before so finally I decided to head out to Far Out.

It wasn't super impressive... basically had gotten started an hour earlier than usual. While Aussies say "Oh we're Aussies we party and get ****** up all the time"...
