Keeping in mind that Barry believes pig fat rules, we had to try the jamon! ... of 10 circuits swimming out to a buoy and back ,followed by 10 rapid stretches and 10 rapid press-ups . I only know that they did 10 circuits as Sue counted them. Needless to say she seemed to enjoy her beach day.
We also had fun at a Flamenco evening (photos to follow ) after the obligatory G and T on the beach. Strolling down the promenade later John spotted a night market and foolishly drew our attention to it. ...
... We sat outside in big comfy wicker chairs, surroundings were lovely, lots of colourful fabrics and cushions. The wait staff spoke English, some with British accents, they were very attentive. They asked where we were from, they had thought Ireland when we came in, must have been Chris's red face! A few photos are included. I did not take photos of some of our courses only because I got immersed in everything and forgot! Lamb curry, Chicken Tikka Masala, Peanut ...
