      ... was a job requirement. She just smiled. I was given an Ariel's Grotto button after breakfast. I told the cast member that it was perfect for the LGBT weekend at Disneyland which just finished. I wore the button proudly on my lanyard.

      ... toilets. MINDS = BLOWN. Got greeted at the airport by our driver AJ from Execucar. Good service we would recommend. The drive to Anaheim just involved fast driving, concrete, some palms and smog hazed hills. The kids seemed impressed. Arrived at Portofino Inn and Suites at about 12:15 and our room was ready so were able to check in early. I'm including prices in my blog this time so we'll know what we payed looking back.       ... the park for a few hours which was a lot of fun. This is when we spotted Mickey and Minnie, and got a selfie with Mickey Mouse! He loved it. Then at 9pm there were the fireworks behind the castle. Definitely the best fireworks Ive ever seen, and they were in time to Disney music. Even Tinkerbell was hoisted in the air above the castle flying around. I actually loved the traditional part of the park the best where the teacup ride, Dumbo ride etc are ...

      ... than be sat in queues in it. Once the sun was slowly setting we headed back to the room and got ready for a meal out at the Anaheim Garden Walk.
