      ... familiar characters out again, led by Mickey and Minnie of course! The music was very loud and clear and certainly drew our attention to the floats in front of us.

      ... and they project famous disney songs from the films on the the water, all the fountins light up with beautiful colours and when they hit an intence scence with a Disney villain there are fire balls flying 60ft up in the air.

      ... a snap decision to see if we could get on the last round of Space Mountain. As we ran through the park, I thought that it would be the perfect close to a perfect day, but I really thought we would get turned away.

      To our surprise, we slid right into the line. About a minute after we got settled in the queue, we heard the announcer close Disneyland-- we had established our spot in line in the nick of time!

      ... we are huge fans of The O.C., and that is pretty much how we spent our first summer together- marathoning the entire series and quoting it line by line. We make it a point to do a yearly re-watch in Ben Kunde's honor. Anyway, as we got closer, we knew we had to undergo another border check- this time for "Agriculture" in Blythe, CA. We got to the check point and.....nothing happened! No one was in the booth. We could keep driving without any issue.
