    ... crackers. It has been an astonishing 35 degrees! Finally we reached Lyon, supposedly the gastronomy capital of the world.     Day 3 Lyon

    This am our guide was very sweet but her English wasn't the best. She would say:

    Holly Merry for Holy Mary

    Woman for Roman

    Sinery for scenery

    At noon we headed out and walked south to a very new, modern and large shopping centre to check it out. Thomas found a fantastic toy store and bought himself some blow up boxing gloves (and had great fun beating up his dad )! Before we left we shopped at a "hypermarche", France's version of a Superstore.
