... up to the 15th floor it was an awesome rooftop bar literally at the foot of the Empire State Building. Had a couple of cocktails - a Manhattan and a Campari. Ended up cabbing it home at about midnight. ... You can also visit the roof, where there are different fantastic views of the city, or you can relax on the chairs up there. The table came in handy for taking photos !

Being on the 40th floor is marvellous, but when everyone is on the move the lifts can be very busy - " stopping on all floors". It can make for a long wait and a long trip down. Everyone is very friendly though, and chatting and chuckling fill in the time.
