So, what is the first thing that you do in London? In our case it was the pub across the road for food. Strangely comforting to be able to order in English and not mangle an ancient language.

With Andrew in the lead and his compass on duty, we got on the 'tube' and headed to Piccadilly Circus to just take in the sights. We admired the architecture, wandered through China town and bought tickets to see Billy Elliot the Musical. ...

We've also ventured back out to Greenwich (LDN: 'gren-itch') for their weekend market. It was a nice eclectic group of people with food and nicnac vendors. We also walked into parts of Greenwich University and checked out the Greenwich Maritime Museum. VanCity's just doesn't even compare to this Maritime Museum - it's an insult to even have them in the same sentence. Agan: LOVE that it was free!!

... Who couldn't resist?
We left the city early, to head back home and have a quiet afternoon, and home cooked dinner, before heading back into the city for the 'Rock of Ages'

We got dressed up for our night out at West End. We headed back to Leicester Square at around 6.30pm to go inside the small, beautiful theatre. The theatres in London are a lot smaller than QPAC in Queensland in Australia.
