Our Last Day in the USA
... way again. We met up with Phil and had lunch, before Colleen had to shoot off to pick up Matilda. Meanwhile we had a walk around St Helena to have a bit of a look at the town and bought some snacks for the trip home.

Day Nine
... the winery itself), she poured at least 8 different ones for all of us. Fantastic wines...I think we all bought a bottle there. We also visited Laird, Hagathen (an Israeli style winery), Black Stallion (loved the wine...didn't love the price), Monticello, Andretti (owned by Michael Andretti...the race car driver; he is apparently going to be there on Friday as he has a race here this weekend....too bad for us), and Domaine Chandon. ... the Hopper Creek winery which is also a very small winery. The pourer was hilarious. The guy was around 400 pounds big and cleansed his pallet with a 'Bud Light'. We tasted around 9 wines and lost track of what was what. After the tasting we had a little lunch in the garden where the big man kept pouring the Zinfandel. The whole group became a bit lightheaded and the Kansas man was begging for a Bud Light ...
