      There were three Christmas markets in Regensberg. All were interesting. The Lucerzia market had lots of local handcrafts but the market at the Thurn and Taxis Palace had the best ambience. It was the only one that charged admittance but when you got inside you could see why. It was beautifully decorated and there were a number of "warming stations".
