... early on, especially Emma who stood up on her first attempt! And standing up is a lot harder than it looks. We stopped for lunch then went back out a few hours later, once again both doing really good and having great fun, although our arms were in bits and the backs of our legs completely sun burnt! Karen invited us out that evening for a few drinks down on the beach, we went with no intention of staying out to long as we was surfing again the next morning however being the ...

It's always summer for my restless soul (and yes, sole), even though I have been in hiatus from my beachbumming because of my super packed schedule this year. So, of course I just had to grab the first chance of getting closer to summer, with Mijani, one of the best travel buddies ever (who cares if our other friends had to ditch, it's always a party of two with this crazy kid). and so it goes, a Tugawe Cove adventure at Bgy Colongcogon, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. ...

I woke up for dinner and for dessert we had the best mango ice cream I've literally ever tasted and I had more if the sweet margarine on the small buns. In the end tomorrow my exercising begins ...

      Island Overview
Just this year, our family opted to spend the summer heat in the hidden peninsula of Caramoan. Very little is known about this secret paradise in the isolated area of Camarines Sur, Philippines. This place had recently been a favorite site for reality shows like the Survivor and a new haven for beach lovers, trekkers and cavers.

The various islands and islet that dot the peninsula amazes anyone with their picturesque ...

Annually, locals and tourists alike flock to Naga to witness the procession of the Lady along the Naga river. We took a chance and asked around where her shrine was located. We were directed to the Penafrancia Church, which was a block ...
