... secretly think she liked it ;) She persisted however and went on a few more roller coasters. We went on one ride called Arthur - based on the movie. We lined up for about 45mins for this few minute ride and it was absolutely worth it! It had fantastic decorations and was pretty fast whilst giving you the story of Arthur. ... the house. I got a selfie stick :) Then we had lunch at my Fabs parents house again. Odell is a fantastic cook! We had entree of garlic butter escargot(snails). I had 15 snails and after huge negativity for trying them for 6 months, Ashleigh caved and had 5. They certainly weren't as bad as she thought. Main was served and we had wild boar. ... cold. After breakfast we called family back home to wish them a Merry Christmas, and Colleen got to speak to Caleb for a little bit too. Then we went out into Strasbourg to do a river cruise through the rivers around the town. The cruise was busy, as there is not much else open in town on Christmas Day. We went to the local shops and bought two new jackets, pair of shoes, two scarves, two jumpers, three pairs of gloves and walkie talkies. Possible more but I don't remember. It is much cheaper for winter stuff here. Really good quality and looks fantastic. We spent way too much. Later the day we caught the bus to Strasbourg to see the Christmas markets.
