We headed south from Calais and made a pit stop in the tiny village of Boiry-Notre-Dame. We left early in the morning and drove 2 and 1/2 hours further south. We stopped at the large town of Sedan. Today we travelled the 192 miles to Charleville Mezieres in the Ardennes. The autoroutes were slightly busier than usual due to it being May Day weekend in Europe as well as the UK. In the hight of summer they have approx 2000 people here at once.
