I will have to say today was not as exciting as yesterday but the scenery was simply super. There were times I almost had to pinch myself to make sure I was really seeing this. And an early night.
We're in the cabin with the lights off seeing little villages pass, illuminated churches, the very large number of locks and their mechanical workings up so close adding to the surrealness of the moment.
Like I said, what an amazing holiday we're ...

... just choose what you want from the breakfast buffet (there's always cold meats, cheese, cucumber etc, and bread rolls, pastries, fruit, muesli bars. Plus you can always buy things along the way if you need to. We found our bikes and got on our way. We were some of the first to leave. We cycled with a few Americans who were lovely. Ken, Barb and Kerin. Seasoned cyclists though. My bike seat isn't great. ...
