... The heat continued so we headed for Salzburg. Helen Farquhar and I had spent some time here
many years ago. Whilst the major sights
are just as memorable, the quaint main street with the guild shingles of long
ago has been replace by those of Maccas, Max Mara and most other ‘everywhere in
the world’ brands. Ramo has developed an ear worm and I have heard almost every
track from "The Sound of Music", especially the yodeling track!
