We hired the smallest, slowest car in Europe (a yellow FIAT panda) and drove down to Croatia for a weekend to have a swim and check out one of the islands.

The lingo here was pretty tough to master because they have done away with the commonly used practice of mixing a few vowel’s into their words - the Island ...

... city! It was so much fun. Our first stop of the day was my favorite. It was a little hard to find but thanks to some very specific directions we found it eventually. It was a rocky beach complete with cliffs, caves, and jelly fish! We were all a little nervous to get in the water at first because of the jelly fish, but after carefully examining the water we jumped in. It was so much fun. I think I could have spent all day there jumping off the different cliffs ...
