    ... will be filled with various hikes. I'm easing him into to the idea of slight elevation gain rather than just heading to the top.

    The girls don't start school for another week, although we have a meeting with the teachers later this week. They aren't too sure how they feel about it yet - Sadie keeps saying she doesn't need new friends, she likes her old ones just fine.
