Fri 12th: Got to the 'Island' of Nesebar where we were faced with car parking problem since cars are not allowed into the old city area without permits. After wandering around with backpacks etc and GPS, we finally found an old lady in a little shop with a key to our room - not exactly a ...

We stay in town until 1:00 and then head back ...

... The staff will split the proceeds. If we had been willing to stay longer, the price may have dropped or who knows it may have increased. We cannot risk it and we pay up.

*After all the friendly Romanians we have met during our stay, this last experience leaves us with less positive feelings about the country.

*As we enter Bulgaria we make sure we buy a vignette at the first opportunity and we vow to check at every other border we cross. ...

I have a post about when i went to Magaluf a year later and i was a lot worse on that holiday than i was on this one...however i think this one set off my two years of drinking excessively...then again i could have just been at that age when you are learning just how much drink you can handle. In my case being around 5 foot 7 i realised pretty soon my body couldn't handle that much!

One of my fondest memories of this holiday was actually the organising of ...
