They say once you go there, you want to come back. Definitely! I left a small piece of my heart in New Zealand.'ve fallen in love with a beautiful nature, friendly and kind people (I have never met so helpful people before) !

My first visit to Wolsztyn all those years ago saw us stopping at the Kaukaska, a simple but clean hotel about ten minutes walk from the station. On this trip we chose to stay there again for just 30.00 a night including a simple continental breakfast. Not a huge amout has changed either other than ...

The museum displays are all in one room on the second floor but very nicely organized. They’ve spent a lot of time and effort to create interesting displays showing various artifacts from the camp (some of which were obtained by Archeologists and have been buried for many years). There’s an excellent model of the north camp showing what it looked like at the time ...

... Republic. We were supposed to be on the train headed to the Czech Republic, but instead, we woke up in Poland. I was trying remain calm and process what to do. Meanwhile, Emma is freaking out because she didn't have any of her possessions with her. No wallet, no passport, no way to get in contact with anyone, no shoes. Thank goodness I brought my purse with me, even after Emma questioned me for using it as a pillow.

... We reached the autobahn with little difficulty and headed in a southeasterly direction to Poland.

We crossed the border from Gemany to Poland about 10:00 a.m. The contrast was breathtaking. The roads were in poor repair and the car bounced so badly that the maximum speed on the "autobahn" was 80 km/hr or about 48 mph.
