... at 7pm as we arrived. Will try again at a later time.

A visit to Berlin is not complete without making your way up the Communications TV Tower (Berliner Fernsehturm). Brilliant views from 360 metres up and you do that in 40 seconds in the lift.

If you like Museums this is the City to visit. We had had enough but Danita was keen to keep going so she went on to see the 'Stasi Museum' and the 'Topogrophie Des Terrors'.

... we saw the top end of a ferris wheel! After heading towards it we discovered a adventure carnival filled with amazing rides. It was so busy and crowded and the line for the ferris wheel looked like an hours wait so Carli opted to go on an old fashion merry-go-round with seats that swing out as there was no queue. There was a lot of laughter, singing, and dancing from all the people around us having a great time despite the less-than-perfect weather.
It was a great day in Berlin and I will be sad to go. I instantly fell for Berlin and Germany. I recommend you add it to your travel bucket ...

... most of the day, because we had to get ready for Philharmonics later! See we do classy things every once in awhile. We got to the show a little early so we could have a glass of wine beforehand. The show was interesting. It wasn't much of a symphony, which is what we thought it was going to be. There were two choirs and then some people singing opera and narrating in Italian or Latin. The two songs that they ...

For the first time on Busabout I felt "car sick" on the journey from Amsterdam to Berlin. It wasn't the drivers' fault, we just hit some pretty bad traffic that caused us to stop and start quite a bit. On top of that I was stressing that we would arrive late and that I would miss the soccer game that my friend Tahlia had organised for us to go to along with another girl on the bus with me, Tracey. Luckily we arrived in Berlin with 30mins to check in and get ready.
