My first breakfast aboard where I felt fine - it was calmer, and the pills are fantastic! I felt I could extend myself a little on the breakfast menu, and ordered hashed browns and smoked salmon. Clearly the people serving are not doing the dishes. The three small round hashbrowns were served by themselves on one large plate, and the three thin slices of smoked salmon were served on another. After a tablet before dinner, I slept well and leapt for another tablet while I still felt ok. I couldn't believe I was feeling good considering the whitecaps. After I'd had a shower, it was a different story. I was decidedly seedy, so nibbled on some ginger and headed for breakfast. 2. There are no instructors, no hand rails, you have no clothes on and somebody has waxed the board with soap.

... and the fastest speed allowed on the fastest roads is 90kph which is about 50mph.
At first one finds this terribly slow and boring but with all the scenery around I often found myself plodding along even slower than the allowable speed.
I found the people in Norway to be extremely friendly and would just about always chat or at least give you a smile on passing. Once they know your from Scotland you are their best friend.
