After a tablet before dinner, I slept well and leapt for another tablet while I still felt ok. I couldn't believe I was feeling good considering the whitecaps. After I'd had a shower, it was a different story. I was decidedly seedy, so nibbled on some ginger and headed for breakfast. At first one finds this terribly slow and boring but with all the scenery around I often found myself plodding along even slower than the allowable speed.
I found the people in Norway to be extremely friendly and would just about always chat or at least give you a smile on passing. Once they know your from Scotland you are their best friend.
